09bb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 09bb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 09bb website available at 09bb.bio and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through that website. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the 09bb platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

By accessing the 09bb platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access it (mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other method).

To register and use the 09bb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of 09bb, or an immediate family member of any such person, or a person acting on behalf of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

09bb reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close your account if you do not meet these criteria or if any information you have provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 09bb platform. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address, a unique username, and a password. All details submitted must be accurate and current. False registration details are grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 09bb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 09bb support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach relating to your credentials.
• 09bb may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions.

09bb reserves the right to close or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

09bb supports a range of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the payment section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• All funds deposited into your 09bb account must originate from a payment source that belongs to you. 09bb does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 09bb will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the payment section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at any given time.
• 09bb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 09bb accepts no responsibility.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover balance and progress are visible in your account dashboard at all times.

09bb reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where further identity verification is required. In such cases, 09bb will notify the affected player as soon as reasonably practicable.

09bb offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has specific terms including a wagering requirement (rollover), minimum qualifying deposit, time limit for using the bonus, and game contribution percentages. These terms are stated on the specific bonus page or promotional communication relating to that offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are not immediately available for withdrawal. Bonus funds must complete the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus more than once is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• 09bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change to a bonus that has already been credited to your account will not affect the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are offered to players for personal recreational use only. Using automated systems, bots, or coordinated group play to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

09bb's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final. If you believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to your account, contact our support team within 7 days of the relevant event.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 09bb platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and identity disclosure.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or in response to a KYC request.
• Using any form of automated software, script, bot, exploit, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage on the platform, including in relation to bonuses, game outcomes, or odds.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable laws.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategies in real time to exploit live dealer games, or engaging in any form of match fixing or result manipulation in relation to sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering activity has taken place ("chargeback fraud") or disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider in bad faith.

09bb monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 09bb may act immediately without prior notice, including by freezing account balances pending investigation. 09bb's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any appeal process described in these Terms.

The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 09bb provides a range of responsible gaming tools that players can access through their account settings at any time, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. All content available on the 09bb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 09bb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of the platform content for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of 09bb. Unauthorised use of 09bb's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. The 09bb name, brand, and logo are trademarks of 09bb and may not be used in any context without prior written approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bb, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 09bb has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 09bb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

09bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 09bb will provide reasonable notice to active players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 09bb support. Terms archived prior to the current version are available on request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 09bb platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 09bb aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
